Flowers in your paper

Writer's picture: Susan Susan

If you have ordered one of our Paper Making Kits, you are now ready to make some handmade paper. So among the many things you can add to your pulp, simply adding flower petals is one thing that makes your paper full of texture and colours, and no two are ever the same and it is a stunning look.

Simply add flat petals to your pulp. By flat I mean petals that don't have a bulge to them, for example, rose petals as beautiful as they are, don't lay flat, yet they are wonderful mashed up in the pulp.

Once your petals are floating in the pulp, pull a sheet of paper just like you would any other sheet of paper, the process is the same, you just have stunning flowers throughout your paper!
